Konwalia house plan is a detached house for a family of 4 to 5 people. It is a house with usable attic covered by a gable roof, built on a rectangular plan with a built-in garage. The architectural form, materials, details, highlight the modern style of the building. Despite the small space house has everything that should be found in a detached house. On the ground floor, we have an open space with living room with fireplace and TV wall, dining area and open kitchen and hall. We also have an extra room - a bedroom or office, and garage with boiler room - accessible from the entrance vestibule. Nice glazing and opening to the terrace and garden illuminate the interior and open house on the surrounding nature. In the attic there are three bedrooms, a large bathroom and dressing room accessible from the parents' bedroom. The interiors are functional and easy to arrange. The house was designed in energy-saving technology. Excellent thermal insulation of external walls allow you to easily adapt the house to the NF40 standard. Compact shape and simple design of the building will allow for a quick and inexpensive construction, and subsequent economical exploitations of the building.
