How to buy a house plan

You can order project in four ways:

1/ By completing the order form on our website.

Please select the house plan and click "Order" – then please complete the order form. Sending the form is tantamount with ordering a house plan. Each accepted order is confirmed by feedback email.

2/ By calling to MG Projekt.

Our consultants and architects will answer your questions and take your orders. Helpline +48 22  676 66 83.

3/ By sending us an email with your order.

Each accepted order is confirmed by feedback email.

4/ By visiting our regional representatives. 

MG Projekt has an extensive network of cooperating partners, in which you can order our house plan and adapt the plan to the plot.

Terms of realization:

We sending the package with house plans within 7 days (5 working days). In the case of new house plans (marked with "new" or "top"), and some variant versions of house plans, the terms of realization should be agreed with us individually. House plans are sent by Polish priority mail. It is probably the longest, but also the most reliable way of delivery. You have the assurance of delivery in every place of the country - even in the smallest village.

We send house plan in the vast majority by cash on delivery (COD). Payment takes place at the time of receipt of the package. Shipping costs are covered by MG Projekt - you pay only for the project itself. There is a possibility of delivery by courier (Pocztext). But then we add the cost of shipping in the amount of 43 PLN.

Payment for the house plan:

You can make the payments in three ways:

1/ Payment on delivery  -  the vast majority of our customers choose the delivery of the house plan by cash on delivery. It is the most convenient solution when you order – there is no need to have a credit card, or make a transfer as payment.
Instead, you must have ready cash at the time of receipt of the package.

2/ Payment by bank transfer - You can order house plan and pay for it by bank transfer. You have to make the payment at one of our accounts. Condition for implementation of the orders is booking the payment to our account.

The title of the transfer must include the name of the house plan and order number, to further identify of your payment.

Returns and exchanges:

When ordering a house plan in MG Projekt, you have a guaranteed opportunity to return or exchange house plan according to the following rules.

The basic possibility of returning the documentation, it is 10-day warranty - within 10 days of receipt of the package you can return house plan without giving reasons and you have a guaranteed return of your payment. Return shall be made by transfer to the account number provided by you within 14 days from the date of receipt by us of house plan back.

In addition, within two months from the date of receipt of house plan you can change it into another with the offer of our studio and you will pay only 300 PLN handling fee for the change of house plan.

We strive to meet our customers to meet and even after the expiry of two months we make returns of house plan - after two months you could change the house plan to another one with MG Projeckt offer extra pay at 30% of the new house plan.

Every time you should be remembered that house plan was undamaged, do not have evidence of copying, nor was adapted. Damaged house plan will not be accepted nor refund, or to exchange.

What products cannot be qualify for a return or exchange?

Projects worn, damaged, with traces of unstitch or adaptation.

Electronic files (such as investment estimate or an electronic version of the project), both sent to the customer by e-mail, or on any data carrier (e. g. CD-ROM).

Changes in projects and adaptations:

You can do any change adaptations in the projects purchased from us.
MG Projekt agrees to any modifications of the projects.
