Terms and conditions
We sending the package with house plans within 7 days (5 working days) from date of order by mail cash on delivery or by shipment preceded by payment by bank transfer or credit card.
In case of new house plans of the house plan marked "novelty/new", delivery date will be agreed individually with each Customer.
House plan is transferred to the customer in four copies together with the documentation of architectural and building with possible additional volumes of construction (if construction is not plugged into the main house plan). The set of the house plan is accompanied by a permission to adaptive changes in the house plan.
One set of documentation can be used only once to build one building on one plot. In case when the Investor want to build more buildings of the same type should purchase additional sets of documentation.
All additional house plans (packages) are sold in duplicate. The exceptions are septic tanks sealed package and fence projects - sold in four copies.
Everyone who order house plan of the MG Projekt is obliged to accept terms and conditions and the rules of the online store.
You can purchase an additional copy of the house plan. Below you will find cost of additional copies:
- An additional copy of the volume of the house plan - 50 EURO
- An additional copy of any package or extra house plan package - 20 EURO
You can order any number of additional copies of the house plan.
If additional copies are sent to a separate shipment than the main house plan –shipping cost of 5 EURO will be added.
If an additional copy of the house plan is ordered by a separate shipment than the main a house plan, paying for it can only take place by bank transfer (cost of additional folders + postage fee). Shipment will be sent after receiving the payment.
Additional copy of the house plan is marked with a stamp protecting against misuse use of project documentation. Stamp has a note that a copy of the house plan is not intended to be used for official purposes. Additional copies may be used only for internal use during the building.
If you want to expanded the permission agreement for additional adaptation, please mail or phone to our studio. Below you will find the routine changes permission, which we enclosed to each house plan. Extending the scope of permission for change is always free.
Returns and exchanges:
When ordering a house plan in MG Projekt, you have a guaranteed opportunity to return or exchange house plan according to the following rules.
Return of house plan
In accordance with Art. 10 "Law of protection of some consumer rights and responsibility for dangerous products" (Dz. U. of 2000. No. 22, pos. 271 with amendments). You have the possibility to return or free exchange of purchased item without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. We accept returns only if the product has not been copied or damaged in any way. Returned house plan should be sent back together with the VAT invoice. Website www.mgprojekt.eu not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. In other cases, complaints will not be considered.
Exchange of house plan
There is possibility to exchange of house plan within 10 days from the date of execution the order - we make the exchange without any fees. The only cost which have to be paid is the difference between the price of returned and ordered project - if you order the cheaper project, then we return you the difference. House plan must be returned intact (undamaged) to the following address: ul. Uczniowska 14, 03-112 Warsaw, Poland. Then, after receiving the documents of returned house plan, new project will be delivered within 7-10 days by mail.
Guarantee
We guarantee exchange on another project from our offer, after the expiry of the 10-day period from the date of purchase. We accept exchange of documentation to two months from the date of receipt of the project. At that time we charge a processing fee in the amount of 300 zł for exchange, plus the difference in cost between a returned and exchanged project. House plan must be returned intact (undamaged) to the following address: ul. Uczniowska 14, 03-112 Warsaw, Poland. Then, after receiving the documents of returned house plan new project will be delivered within 7-10 days by mail cash on delivery.
Additional guarantee
We give you an additional guarantee to exchange the project to another one with MG Projekt offer after the expiry of the two-month period from the purchase. We accept the exchange of documentation even to 6 months from the date of receipt of the project. Then, however, we overcharge a fee for the exchange of documentation in the amount of 30% of new documentation. House plan must be returned intact (undamaged) to the following address: ul. Uczniowska 14, 03-112 Warsaw, Poland. Then, after receiving the documents of returned house plan new project will be delivered within 7-10 days by mail cash on delivery.
What products cannot be qualify for a return or exchange?
House plan worn, damaged, with traces of unstitch or adaptation (adapted house plan can be only replace with additional charge of 50% of the cost of a new house plan). Electronic files (such as investment estimate or an electronic version of the house plan), both sent to the customer by e-mail, or on any data carrier (e. g. CD-ROM). According to Acts. Laws No. 22, item. 271 with further amendments).
Website www.mgprojekt.eu not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Cod and cannot be the ground for filing complaints. Statement of material and cost cannot constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code and cannot be the ground for claims against the company MG Projekt. Data presented in the statement of material and cost are approximate.
MGProjekt Architectural Studio obtains form the customers ordering the documentation through the website http://www.mgprojekt.eu only the data necessary for the order fulfillment process. None of this information will not be passed to any third party, however they may be disclosed at the request to competent authorities (police, prosecutor's office, the Chamber of Customs, Revenue, etc.). Both the technology of the website and secure key elements of the ordering process prevents access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
Data collected automatically using cookie files prevent us from identifying visitors and serve only for statistical purposes.
Each user of our service has the opportunity to choose whether and to what extent they want to use our services and share information about yourself. If for some reason you do not wish to leave your personal data then you have the right to remove or not use our service - orders can be also made via email and telephone.
In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection dated 29 August 1997, Dz. Laws No. 133, item. 883 with amendments, each service user has the right to correct, amend, update and request removal their personal data.
