Emerald house plan is one of our latest projects. The modern form of the building with attractive details harmonizes with the simple form, built on a square body, covered by envelope roof. The principal body of house is enriched with partially protruding garage, entrance arcade and garden, bay window and balcony. Emerald, as a whole, creates a coherent, clear composition. The modern appearance of the building in a harmonious way corresponds to the interior, where on the ground floor is a single, open, daily space: hall, dining room and living room, with large glazed to garden. Dining room is partially combined with the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a double garage and boiler room. In an apartment on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also an extra room that could serve as an study, guest bedroom or dressing room. Emeral house is available in mirror version or in some other versions: twinned version (Emerald 2) version with an extra room on the ground floor (Emerald 3) modern version (Emerald 4).
