Prank 2 house plan is a variant version of Prank house plan. This time the villa was designed with a garage. This house is intended for the family of 4-5 people. This is a one-storey house with an attic designed on a rectangular plan, with adjoined garage. The house is covered by a hipped roof, with additional dormers and additional roof over the garage. External appearance of house refers to the pre-war residence built in the cities-gardens or in the suburban summer resorts. Uniting the historical detail of the facades with modern materials and building solutions obtained very nice style. Entrance porch with buttresses columns, buttresses at the corners and strip foundations, balcony in the garden elevation on the buttresses columns - all these elements heighten the effect of a home stable in the surrounding area. In this way the building looks very stately. Interior of house is divided into a living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the top floor. On the ground floor there are: living room with dining area with a beautiful bay window, centrally set fireplace, hall - with a nice two-speed stairs, partially open kitchen, and an additional room that could be used as a study or bedroom. Additionally next to the porch there are: spacious utility room - boiler room, wc with shower, and a garage. On the top floor there are three bedrooms with one large shared bathroom and an additional dressing room. On the mezzanine floor above the garage the attic is designed that can be easily adapted for extra room or sports room. There is a mirror version of this house plan.
