Nectarine is a lovely detached house, suitable for a family of 4 people, which "grows" and may need over time more extra space. This is a storey house covered by a gable roof with the attic to adapt to the usable attic - in the second stage. Architecture of Nectarine house is traditional, referring to the language of Polish manor houses details. The simple shape of the building and well-balanced proportions, give calm and not overdone effect. Front elevation decorated with a roofing over the entrance arcade, supported by two columns. From the garden side, elevation is diversified by arcade in the corner of the house, beautiful window from the living room to the garden and part of the clinker facade. The interior of the house: all rooms are designed on the ground floor and the attic is provided as additional space for future any development. The ground floor is separated on the living area - living room, dining annex, hall, kitchen and night part - with three bedrooms and a bathroom. Additionally, it is also part of the utility area with a garage and boiler room. By incorporating a garage in the width of the living area of the building you can fit the house on the narrower grounds than many of these houses with garage later extension to the side.
