Amelia house plan is a small one storey house with attic for family of 4 - 5 people. The house was covered by gable roofs, in this house plan a garage has been also foresees. The simple, unpretentious body of the building was confronted with a modern, economical detail, which adds elegance to the house. Additional the decoration of the house are pieces of the facade finished with wooden Elevation and clinker. On the ground floor, besides to the one space of living area, with living room, hall, open plan kitchen and centrally located stairs, extra room (e.g. a bedroom or study), a garage and a private bathroom with a place on the central heating boiler was designed. There are also design three bedrooms with private bathrooms at the attic. Despite the small area this house has a number of functions - in a few house plan of this size you can find four bedrooms and a living room, two bathrooms and a spacious garage.
