Benedict 4 house plan is a variant version of Benedict house. In this house plan the garage part was expanded and elevations were varied by three additional dormer windows in the main body of the building - one on each facade of the house. Thanks to this, none of attic bedrooms have slanted walls. This house plan have two versions of the adaptation of the attic. There is also available a mirror version of Benedict 4.
