House with columns is a building created on the basis Benedict house. Stately storey house with attic, hipped roofs and wide dormers. The garage part built another to the main body of the building has been designed at an angle so as to create the impression of the front yard of the entrance to the house and garage entrance directed to one central point. At house with columns, besides the flat for the family of 4 – 5 people an extra room with a kitchenette and a bathroom for an elderly person was designed. The house, therefore, may serve as the headquarters of three generations of the family. On the ground floor is planned large living room with dining area and lobby, and a partially open kitchen. From the living room you can enjoy the garden through two large bay windows. You can also go out to the terrace and an arcade. On the ground floor an additional study near the entrance is planned. The utility rooms was placed in a part of the garage. On the attic there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is a separate parents’ suite with dressing room and bathroom. Additionally, in the House of columns there is a laundry and drying room (which might also be an additional room), and the attic above the garage, which can be a sports room or for example home cinema.
