House plan Dream 10

House design Dream 10 is another house from the collection of our Dream projects. This is the simplest and most economical version of this series of homes. A rectangular shape with a built-in garage was covered with two gable roofs with a slope angle of 30 degrees. The design has a modern but restrained style and combines a traditional shape with modern details and finishing materials. The combination of white plastered walls with gray inserts, graphite tiles, and wooden window frames, give the building a clean and elegant look. The main decorations of the façade are: an entrance with a roof and nice front doors, and a terrace zone from the garden with large glazed windows and an awning. The house is designed for a plot with a garden and solar lighting on the back or side of the building. Interior: the house has a comfortable living area, and up to five additional rooms, which is a very good result with a small area of the house. The house can be used freely even by a family of 2 + 4. Rooms can be arranged as children's bedrooms, or one of the rooms - for example the one at the entrance - can remain a home office / study. We enter the house with a comfortable vestibule to the living area, with a living room, dining room and semi-open kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and TV wall, a place for comfortable rest, and wide balcony doors open the living room to the terrace and garden. From the living room hall we get to the part of the night home, with the parents' bedroom with the dressing room, and children slepping. Next is the connection with the garage and business part of the building, through the utility room, to the garage and boiler room. The attic above the ground floor was designed as a storage space, which is reached by ladder stairs. Dream house plan 10 is a comfortable home for up to six people - functional and practical. The building is energy-saving, has a simple construction, will be easy to build and cheap to maintain.
