Dream house plan 11 is a charming single-family house from the collection of our projects Dream houses. This is one of the least developed versions of the designs of this series, at the same time one of the prettiest and most exquisite. The rectangular shape with the garage was covered with two hipped roofs with an angle of inclination of 30 degrees. The design has a modern style and combines a traditional figure with modern details and finishing materials. The combination of white plastered walls with grey additions, grey tiles and window frames give the interior appearance full of elegance and elegance. The main decorations of the façade are: an entrance with an L-shaped roof and nice front doors, and a terrace zone on the garden side with large glazing from the living room and pergola. The house is designed for a plot with garden and solar lighting on the back or side of the building.
