House on Park Street 3 is another variant version of the popular house plan from the series "House on Park Street". In this version house is slightly diminished, with a single garage, without emptiness above the living room and a simplified entrance portico. Thanks to these changes, the attic over the ground floor can be freely used as a larger attic with additional rooms than in the basic house plan. The architecture of the house is a reference to American suburban villas, and partly to the model of a Polish home from the 20's and 30's. The external appearance of the house remains traditional - its interior has a completely contemporary, functional layout. The interior is divided into a living area, with a nice living room and dining room, connected to the hall and kitchen, and night-time part with three bedrooms and a bathroom. Children's bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and parents' bedroom has their own wardrobe. From the spacious vestibule with wardrobes, we also get to the utility part of the house and to garage, where is the boiler room and garage. In the attic there is a possibility to adapt the space, for example for two additional rooms. This small house, thanks to a compact rectangular block and a sensible interior, is very functional, and thanks to the large number of built-in wardrobes, pantry, and an additional attic surface, it will be very "packed". The architecture of the house is calm and tradition. The front of the house is decorated with a representative entrance. From the rear elevation we have a large covered terrace with wide glazing that opens the living room to the garden. The house is a great proposition for people who, for financial or simply practical reasons, do not want to have a very large home, but also want to achieve maximum comfort and a sense of luxury within limited space. A small house does not have to mean giving up on the fulfillment of dreams. At the same time, the materials, insulation and installations used in the project will make the building simple and inexpensive to build, and cheap in later maintenance.
