Ideal house plan

Ideal house plan is a detached house for a family of four to five people, bungalow with an attic, covered by symmetrical gable roof. The ideal, as the name suggests, has in itself everything you would expect from a comfortable home: comfortable, spacious and functionally interior designed, and a modern and aesthetic external solid. Simple construction, built on a rectangular plan, with a gable roof - no additional roofs and dormers make the construction is easy and inexpensive. Unpretentious architecture of the building fit into any environment. Modern details and materials used in facades are combined with the traditional form of the house with an attic. Interior of this house is divided into a living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the attic. Living room with a hall and kitchen creates a large living space with dining area, fireplace wall and TV wall, and with the angle for a leisure furniture. Comfortable hall with representative staircase will create more spacious interior. On the ground floor there is an extra room - office or guest bedroom, bathroom with a shower, a large boiler room – on gas or solid fuel. In the kitchen is additionally provided a small pantry. On the attic designed three nice bedrooms, with dressing rooms and built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom was planned. The interior can be freely shaped and shared. This house plan occurs in a version without a garage, but it is very easy to plan a single or double garage on the side of the house – you can get to the garage through the utility room. Very good thermal insulation, modern technologies used and facilities make the house is energy efficient. Thanks to this makes it not only cheap and easy to build, but also affordable at a later use.
