House plan Julka 3 is a variant version of the house Julka. The building has a similar interior layout on the ground floor and the attic, like the basic version, but is covered by a gable roofs. Thanks to this the house can be located on plots where laws require gable roofs, and prohibit homes with hipped roofs. Julka 3 house, despite the simplification of the body looks very attractive. In the resulting lateral peaks an extra windows and little balcony over the dining room bay window have been placed. The front and rear dormer with balconies embellish the other facades. Garden arcade built into the body of house allows to use the terrace on rainy days. Inside, there is still a primary - as in the Julka house - the division on the living space on ground floor, with a living room, a dining room, a hall with exposed stairs and partially open kitchen, and bedrooms in the attic. In this version of house plan bedrooms and a bathroom can be a little bigger, because by using a gable roof part of the "slant" was eliminate. Also the attic above the garage is bigger and now it can be successfully adapted for two additional rooms. Julka 3 house plan is also available in mirror version.
