Viking 4 house plan is one of our houses from the collection of Viking house plans - this time slightly increased compared to the base project, with roof over the garage and extended body of the house. This story house with attic, built on a rectangular plan is covered with a pitched roof, with a garage. The building is designed as a comfortable place to live for a family of 4-6 people. Modern architecture of the house with an attractive silhouette goes here hand in hand with a functional, comfortable interior. The division of the facade into horizontal strips, cladding made of wood and fiber-cement panel diversified silhouette of house. Wide glazing opening the interior of the house to the garden and emphasize the modern design. The front elevation is emphasized by entrance arcade with large doors and corner kitchen. The shape of the body creates a front presentable entrance square. From the garden we have a beautiful glazing of living room and dining room, and a comfortable arcade partially roofed terrace. Interior: we enter to the house by glazed atrium visually open directly into the living hall, living room and dining room. Next to the dining room is a nice kitchen with pantry. On the other hand, on the ground floor we have an extra room (office or a guest bedroom), bathroom, stairs, and the transition into a utility part of house, and there we have: storage, boiler room and double garage. In the attic there are designed three spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets and built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. Master bedroom with a separate dressing rooms and bathrooms. The attic above the garage, could serve as a home storage, or an extra room. Simple body, fairly easy to build, and energy efficient solutions and thermal insulation materials gives economic building - both in the construction and subsequent operation. House plan Viking 4 is available in mirror version and in basic version (Viking house plan), without single garage (house plan Viking 2), the smallest version (house plan Viking 3), and the largest one (house plan Viking 5).
