Lugano house plan is single-family villa for a family of four to five people. This storey house was covered with a symmetrical gable roof with ceramic tiles. The house has a modern character and was designed for use for a narrow plots of land on which the building must be in the form of a long narrow rectangular prism. Part of the garage was pulled out before the main body of the building, diversifying the front part. From the garden body of the house is decorated by corner living room window, arcade and terrace floor on the side pillars. Mild gabled roof with large hoods adds dynamics of the entire building. The interior is divided into a single space on the ground floor, with interesting, single-speed stairs, forming decoration of the living room and night part with four bedrooms and a large family bathroom. House despite a small area is designed functionally and rooms have a fair size. On the ground floor next to the living room you will find extra room - office or guest bedroom. Garage is connected with the rest of the house by a large technical room. From the living room you can admire the garden by the large glazed opening, connected with an arcade, outdoor fireplace and a terrace. Lugano house plan is also available in mirror version.
