Bartek house plan is a detached house for a family of 4-5 people, with interesting architecture, modeled on the regional traditions. Ideal for investors bored with the typical references to Polish roofers with small columns, seeking for a different style. The building is a simple block of with attic, covered with a gable roof, with built another garage, covered by a gable roof. House is decorated from the front and garden by large dormer windows with interesting wooden details. Also, the top of house was decorated with interesting designed balcony with roof. This house plan refers to the tradition and combines it with modernity. Corner windows and large glass doors to the terrace add some modernity. The interior of house we designed around a central set stairs. From the hall, we go to the daily part consisting of corners: television, fireplace and dining. Living room together with hall and partially open kitchen creates a very nice surface. On the ground floor there is also a boiler room, bathroom, an extra room and built another garage. In the attic there are three bedrooms, a large bathroom, parents’ dressing room and additional small room to work. House thanks to the compactness of body and the materials used is energy efficient. It will be inexpensive in the construction and subsequent exploitation.
