Fairytale 3 house plan is the latest version of the house plan with a series of Fairytales. This charming family house is designed for year-round residence for four or five people. It is a house on a rectangular plan covered by a simple gable roof over the attic and garage build on with shed roof completes the body of building. The house refers of its style to the regional rural huts and the tradition of Polish residence house. The centrally located entrance porch supported by small columns and symmetrical windows on the sides make a nice, calm front elevation. The house is well proportioned - it is lightweight and has a human scale. This house will perfectly fit for both the suburban plot construction, and among village landscape - as a summer house. Fairytale 3 has a simple design so it will be easy and inexpensive to build. Thanks to a compact body of building the house will be also energy-efficient, thus inexpensive to maintain. The interior of Fairytale 3 house plan can be ordered in two different versions: the basic versions on the ground floor we have a large living room with a central fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom with utility room (laundry - storage), and a garage and boiler room. In the version "B" there was designed an extra room (study or guest bedroom) at the entrance to the house. On the top floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Boiler room can be for a solid fuel or gas.
