House plan Ophelia 3 is the next version of the popular series of houses Ophelia. The project is reduced compared to the basic version, with a single garage and with additional business premises on the ground floor: apartment for seniors or adult children, or office space. Ophelia 3 is a single family house with attic, covered with a hipped roof, with an added part of the garage. The traditional architecture of the house, the manorial body combined with modern materials and details. The whole gets the timeless character. Front of house has been accented by wide dormers with a balcony supported by columns. We enter to the house by representative wide doors. From the garden side elevation is varied by dormers with balcony, living room bay window with a beautiful window, and arcade partly roofed the terrace. The interior of house: on the ground floor there was separated living space and additional premises (apartment or office for example), to which we get from a spacious vestibule. In the living area we have a living room with dining area and hall, and a kitchen with a pantry. In addition to the house we have built another garage with a boiler room (garage part can be combined with house by additional door). In the attic three bedrooms with a large bathroom, an additional room above the garage were designed. Master bedroom has its own walk-in closet, and a balcony overlooking the garden. Ophelia 3 is a great choice for family of many generations or for investors conducting their business at home. Building has a fairly simple structure. It is easy to build, and thanks to energy-efficient solutions will be cheap in further exploitation.
