Gucio house plan is a family bungalow with usable attic for a family of 4 – 5 people. It was designed on a rectangular plan and covered by symmetrical gable roof. The simple shape of the building combined with modern detail and materials gives the attractive appearance of the house. Fragments of the facade covered by wood or HPL panels in addition diversified the white surfaces of the walls. Inside of the Gucio house, on the ground floor one level living area with an open living room, hall, dining area with bay window, exposed stately staircase is designed. The fireplace is located on an outside wall, you can enjoy with views of the garden at the same time. Large glass doors lead from the living room to the partially covered terrace. In the attic, in addition to a large bathroom, three comfortable bedrooms are designed with small "slants" and fitted wardrobes. There is also available a mirror version of Gucio house plan.
