Mikrus house plan

Mikrus is a nice, little detached house for a family of three to four people. Mikrus is small but roomy and functional at the same time. In a small cubic capacity we have managed to fit a fully-fledged four-room apartment. The house is year-round, it can also be used as summer house. This house has a very simple form. It is built on a square plan with a side of 7.3 meters, covered by a symmetrical gable roof. The building has a simple design, is easy and inexpensive to build, and at the same time - thanks to a good insulation - energy-saving and cheap in later maintaining. Exterior appearance of house combines the traditional form, with modern touches. It's a simple, economical in expression architecture that well fit in any environment. The interior of the house is divided into a living area on the ground floor and bedrooms in the attic. On the ground floor nice living room connects to the kitchen creating one open space. In the living room is a place for fireplace, TV wall, and the area with a dining table. Next to the atrium is designed bathroom and boiler room. The boiler room is a gas, but you can also apply a solid fuel boiler. Cleverly placed stairs do not take up much space and are the decoration of the living room. From the living room by wide patio doors we can go out to the partially covered terrace and garden. In the attic has managed to fit three small bedrooms and a bathroom. Attic can be divided in any other way - at the discretion of Investor - for example, into two larger bedrooms. Mikrus is inexpensive, easy to build and cheap to later maintain.
