Magnolia is a house for family of four to five people. Magnolia is a bungalow with the usable attic and garage for two cars. This house plan with its architecture refers to a typical Polish manor house. In successfully it combined its traditional form with modern function, materials and details. Thanks to opening terraces on two sides, on the side and rear elevation, the house can be built on a plot with a garden in the back or on the side of the plot. Everything depends on the location in relation to the world side and the shape of the plot. During adapting the house to the location you can be resigned from one of the terraces. Inside of house, on the ground floor, living room with a dining area connected to the lobby and part of the kitchen, parents' bedroom with walk-in closet in the space under the stairs, and an additional small room - study room or a guest bedroom was designed. In the utility part of house garage and utility room - boiler room was planned. In the attic there are two children's bedrooms with private bathrooms. In Magnolia house attention should be also paid to the attic above the garage, which can be used as storage space.
