The Party 2 house plan is a new version of the popular Party house . The project belongs to the collection of similar houses, differing in architectural style and solutions - Party, Party 2, Biba, Rumba, Fokstrot, Samba, Salsa and Tango. Check out each of these houses and choose the one that suits you best. "Party 2 is a twin brother of the Party house, with a slightly smaller figure, adapted to the current trends. The basic advantages of this house is its simple elegance and unpretentious silhouette. The architecture of the house is timeless. The rectangular solid of the building is covered by a gabled roof covered with tiles (or for example, a seam roofing sheet). The ground floor is separated from the rest of the façade with a horizontal strip of clinker cladding in the window and door lintel line. The front elevation is diversified by a protruding garage and roofing of the entrance platform. From the side of the garden, we have a large roof over the terrace covered with a flat roof. The interior of the house is a very comfortable flat for a family of four to six. Thanks to an additional room with a bathroom on the ground floor, the third generation of seniors can live in the house. The ground floor is one open space of the hall, living room and kitchen. The combined rooms form a very nice common surface. The living room with a fireplace and TV wall and a corner with sofas opens with large glazed windows to the surrounding garden and terrace. The corner with a dining table in the central location of the house connects the living room with the kitchen. Next to the kitchen a pantry was designed. We enter the house with a spacious vestibule with wardrobes, connected to the garage directly through the wide glazed door to the lobby with representative stairs. On the ground floor, we also have a room (bedroom or office), a bathroom with a storage compartment, a large double garage and a boiler room. In the attic we have a parents' apartment with its own bathroom and dressing room, and a terrace above the garage. On the other side of the lobby there are two children's bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom and a laundry room. The house, despite its small size, is comfortable and convenient. Costs of implementation and exploitation: thanks to the simple shape and structure, the building is inexpensive to build and will be cheaper in later maintenance.
