Villa house plan thanks to a two floors take small area on the plot. Moreover rooms in the attic do not have a "slant" - so common in houses with hipped roofs. Extensive attic above the first floor provides additional, spare space as well as the attic above the garage. This is a great solution for a family of 6-7 people. On the ground floor is large living room with dining area, open hall and elegant staircase. There is also an extra room and technical rooms.
