Sweet house plan is a charming, two-story house for a family of 4-6 people. The building was constructed by combining storey residential part of the ground floor and the attic of built another garage. In this house roofs, balconies, terraces and pergolas are a variety economical of body. The division of the garage walls of the house on two horizontal stripes visually lowers storey house silhouette. The interior of house is a single-space ground floor, with living room, dining room and hall. On the first floor was designed bedrooms. On the ground floor we managed to save an extra room that could serve as an office or extra bedroom. On the ground floor there is also a garage and technical rooms. On the floor above the garage it resulted in a large space for any design. Especially charming in this project is roofed terrace with large glass of the dining room and living room - it is a smooth transition between the interior and the garden. There is also available mirror version of this house plan.
