Amanda is a house plan for a family of 4-6 people. Amanda is the house with an attic, covered with a hipped roof. This house plan is a modern suburban villa with a quiet architecture. Compact body of building with build on garage and a large covered arcade on the back of the house, was curiously decorated with clinker and wooden Elevation facade, loggias and entrance arcade. Massive decorative internal and external fireplace chimney, or corner windows – are additional decorations of the building. Architectural thought out body of building creates a cohesive and calm compositionally whole. On the ground floor a large living room with dining area and lobby, with a partially open kitchen and an extra room - study or guest bedroom was designed. On the top floor are bedrooms, with a separate parents apartment, with its own bathroom, dressing room and balcony overlooking the garden. In the Amanda house plan, through the wide glass on the ground floor, the exit from the living room to large arcade and a garden terrace was planned. Amanda house plan is also available in a mirror version.

I was looking for a simple, functional home, and reviewing the offers of various architectural studios. This house is quite ok. The area of the house and the layout of the rooms perfectly suits us. I think that will be just right for my family.
