Open 2 is a modern, energy-efficient house for a family of four- to six people. Open 2 is the smaller brother of the popular house Open. It is a modern city villa with beautiful glazing opening the house to the surrounding garden. Architecture of the building combines the simplicity of body covered by a mild gable roof, with modern architectural details and materials used in facades. As a result, the building is very impressive. A rectangular block with a built-in garage is crowned with symmetrical roof covering the attic. Simple shape and logical structural system of the building, allowing for easy construction and - in spite of appearances - low cost of implementation (given the large glassing which is a value in itself). The interior of Open 2 is divided into a living space, with additional room, garage and boiler room on the ground floor and bedrooms in the attic. On the ground floor we enter the beautiful glazed atrium, and then to the hall with nice staircase and a living area - connected of the living room, dining room and open kitchen. Daily space connects with a partly covered terrace and garden through wide sliding doors. From the hall we can go to double garage and through utility room - to kitchen. At the entrance there is an extra room - study or bedroom. On the attic there are four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own dressing room and a large covered balcony facing the garden, and a very nice bathroom. The interior of the house is spacious, individual rooms are large and shapely. Open 2 despite a small area can be regarded as a comfortable, even luxurious house for a modern family.
