We present you with a single family house Forest Residence. It is the story, a large, comfortable house, designed for a family of family 4-6 people. The building is modern, has a compact body, and a functional interior. It was designed in the style of urban storey villa. The main body is covered by a hipped roofs - front elevation is wider and tapers towards to the garden so house has two faces: a massive representative in front and rear with a more fragmented and with failures outhouse, maintaining a human scale. Elevations were divided into horizontal stripes allows to obtain lighter and more interesting silhouette of the building. Large glazing, corner windows and protruding bay windows decorate the house and give it a modern dynamic character. The interior of the house is very comfortable and includes everything what owners could ever hope to have. On the ground floor with large glass entrance from vestibule we enter to the living room with dining area and hall. The living room is connected with beautiful glazing terrace and garden. Partially open to the dining area, kitchen with island and pantry is located at the front - with a large window. On the ground floor there are also: double garage, boiler room, and a study. Terrace facing the garden and is partly roofed. Floor includes four large bedrooms, a comfortable parents apartment with bathroom, dressing room and a garden terrace.
