House Riviera 3 is another version of the popular house "Riviera" - this time house is extended, and is suitable for shallower and wider plot, with a garden in the back side of corner. Riviera 3 is a convenient comfortable house for a four-family of six. On the ground floor there is living space lounge, lobby with representational decorative staircase or kitchen and part of utility rooms with a garage and boiler room and extra room - office or bedroom guest's. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, and a separate parent’ apartment with bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Both floors combines an open emptiness above the living room and entresol of extensive lobby on the first floor. As a result, the interior of the house is very attractive and would be even greater. Exterior view of the building is a modern block covered with a hipped roof, with elevation separated by horizontal stripes of cornices, diversified by large glazed windows. The architecture of the house is both modern and unpretentious. The building especially will appeal to those who have a difficult plot - with road from the sunlit side. People who on the one hand must to let a lot of light into the living room and rooms from the south, on the other hand they do not want to have the terrace in front of the house, only the garden behind the house or on its side.

This house is terrific. More than six months we were looking for a home that would meet while in 80% our expectations, this project turned out to be the fulfillment of our needs in 100%, we cannot believe it :)

I must admit that despite the small area the house has a lot of functions. For me, a very shapely and interesting house plan.
