Szarejka house plan is another small detached house. It can serve both as a year-round house or summer house. The house has a very simple structure, built on a rectangular plan. The block is symmetrical covered by gable roof, with built in roof of the carport and terrace arcades. Simple unpretentious form and details of the façade result in a curious appearance of a house. Szarejka has been designed with maximum opening of the interior of the garden - hence the large, partly roofed terrace, to which we reach from the living room through the wide glass doors. Terrace completes the interior - is its extension. You can use is also in bad weather or at too sharp sun - thanks to the large arcaded. Carport - very useful, even if it will not be used for the car, it can provide excellent shelter for wood for the fireplace, and garden equipment. The interior of house is a living room with kitchen annex on the ground floor. In the center of the living room is a fireplace and wooden staircase to the attic. In the attic there are two bedrooms with an extra toilet. Szarejka house was designed in the construction of a wooden frame. The building is heated by a fireplace and electric radiators. Due to the very good thermal insulation of partitions will be economical in later exploitation - it does not require a lot of energy to heat the interior.
