Gap house plan

Gap House plan is a lovely detached house for a family of four to six people. This is bungalow with usable attic, covered by an envelope roof, with garage. The block was based on a square plan, accompanied part of the garage. Envelope roof dotted with dormers - the front of the roof over the entrance, supported by two columns, and a garden with a walker. From the garden side two additional shelters was designed: over the terrace, covering exit from the living room to the garden, and the technical - at the exit from the utility room to the garden. Gap home architecture is a combination of tradition and modernity. The house will fit perfectly in every neighborhood. Interior is divided into living part and utility rooms on the ground floor and bedrooms on the top floor. Living room with hall and partly open kitchen with pantry form undivided day space. On the ground floor also two additional rooms was designed – it is an exception in this size of houses. Rooms can serve as a study or guest bedroom, but they can also be grandmother room. At the bottom there is a large garage and boiler room. In the attic there are three bedrooms - two for children of the same size, with a shared bathroom, and a comfortable master bedroom overlooking the garden with balcony, walk-in closet and bathroom. This is a very practical house, with plenty of rooms, with great potential of interior design, the building of simple construction, energy-efficient, inexpensive in build and subsequent use.
