Cameral house plan is a charming one-story house with an attic for a family of four to five people. Main rectangular body of the building is covered with a hipped roof, it is also built in the garage. Architecturally the house loosely refers to the tradition of Polish manor house. The roof was varied by large dormer windows, in front elevation centrally designed arched dormer window is supported by two columns and creating at the same time an arcade entrance. From the garden elevation two symmetrically placed dormers dominate above the comfortable roof of the terrace. Dormer combined with a bay window in the dining room ended by a balcony in the side elevation completes the whole composition. The interior of Cameral house is divided into a living and business on the ground floor and bedrooms on the attic. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, connected in part with a large kitchen and hall. It is also provides an extra room for example a study or a guest bedroom, and bathroom and boiler room. In the garage there is an extra storage room. On the attic there are three easy to arrange bedrooms, two dressing rooms and a very nice bathroom. Additionally, you can adapt an attic above the garage for an extra room. There is also available a mirror version of this house plan.
