Southerly house plan

Afternoon house plan is a comfortable, very original house, with modern architecture. It is designed for a family of 4-5 people. The house, thanks to the opening daily part to the several parts of the world can be adapted both on a plot of adverse entrance from the south side, and on the plot with the entrance from the north side or the side (east or west). The building consists of a main two-storey blocks and part of the ground floor of the garage. Large glazing, square bay windows, terraces - all these elements emphasize the modern architecture of the Afternoon house. A simple cubic shape of the building was reasonably diversified by honed details. The interior of the house on the ground floor are: living space combining living room, dining room with conservatory, or alternatively terrace. There was also designed a recreation room, which can serve as a library, a sports room, bedroom or can be possibly guest room. Very large kitchen with island was placed closer to the entrance area and garages.  To the garage and technical rooms we get through the kitchen entrance. There are a large garage for two cars, utility room with access to the attic above the garage, boiler room-laundry room with access to the garden and pantry. On the first floor there is parents’ apartment with dressing room, bathroom and private terrace, two bedrooms for children with a bathroom, and a study-library with a magnificent view to the entrance of the house.
