Frog house plan is a detached house for 3-5 persons, with a simple block, designed on the plan close to a square, covered with a gable roof. House exists in several variants: for three people - with two bedrooms, for four people - with three bedrooms, with not adapted attic, or with adapt attic. Frog is very easy and inexpensive to build house, and during the subsequent exploitation will be inexpensive to maintain. Thanks to the materials and technology is a warm and energy efficient - thanks to a package of mechanical ventilation with recuperation manages to very reduced heating costs. The architecture of the house is traditional. The front elevation is decorated with entrance porch and from the garden by roofed terrace. Windows with shutters, bands and pedestals - all these elements interestingly diversified appearance of house. Symmetrical and proportional roof with eaves covers single-storey rectangular body. The interior of the house was designed maximum functionally and practically. Each version of the project has a different number of bedrooms, but the layout of the rooms is similar. The interior is divided into a living area - living room, hall and kitchen, and night area - with bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition next to the atrium was designed boiler room (gas boiler, which can be adapted on the boiler room for the solid fuel). In the living room is a fireplace and wide exit to the terrace and garden. Each of bedrooms have a large built-in wardrobes, which can easily be turned into a dressing room. We have a variant version with two or three bedrooms on the ground floor, and the version with stairs and a adapted attic (with two additional rooms). I'll also build this house, in my case decided minimalism: simple and easy to build solid of curiously designed interior.

This house is terrific. More than six months we were looking for a home that would meet while in 80% our expectations, this project turned out to be the fulfillment of our needs in 100%, we cannot believe it :)
