Amadeus house plan is the representative, one-storey single-family villa or a family of 4-5 people with the useful attic. This house plan has everything you need from a comfortable seat: a shapely, original figure and functional spacious interior. The building is also structurally simple, and easy to build. Moreover silhouette of the house was built on a square plan and is optimal in respect of efficiency. Architecturally, the house refers to the pre-war villa, but it is used in contemporary detail. On the ground floor a very nice living room with dining area and lounge with elegant staircase, kitchen with corner window and pantry, and an additional room with a bathroom that could serve as a study, but also as an additional bedroom have been designed. On the ground floor there is also a convenient garage for two cars and a large boiler room. On the top floor three are spacious bedrooms – each one with balcony walker and a wardrobe. Besides to bedroom a beautiful nicely lighted, bathroom was designed, which can be naturally divided into two separate rooms - if parents want to have a separate toilet with shower. Above the attic there is a small attic. Amadeus house plan is also available in a mirror version.
